Eiffel Tower Painting
If you are looking for an easy and fun craft project, we have a great idea for you.
This is one of the easiest crafts that we have ever done. All you need are some paints and paper to create a beautiful Eiffel Tower painting.
Here’s how it works
Paint your canvas with whatever color you want your tower to be (we chose red).
After that dries, paint on some blue stripes in between the windows of the building. It’s up to you how many stripes there should be – feel free to make it as many or as few as you want!
We chose three because our child wanted them all spaced out evenly across the building but if he had chosen four instead then that would have been fine too!
Just remember whatever size/amount of stripes he chooses will become more visible when using thinner lines so keep this in mind when choosing which kind of brush size might work best for him/her at the first tryout session before committing permanently to canvas surface during actual painting process itself.
Eiffel Tower Mobile
Materials
- 24 wooden circles, 6 inches in diameter (or 12 inch in diameter for a taller mobile)
- 24 wooden dowels, 1/4 inch diameter and 2 feet long (or 4 foot long for an even taller mobile)
- 4 wooden balls or shapes of your choice. We used a star shape but you could also use hearts or any other shape.

Yours may vary depending on the size of paper you use to make your pattern, so be sure to measure before cutting! We used 18 x 24-inch paper for our template which resulted in a finished Eiffel
Tower Mobile was about 9 ½ inches tall when hung from the ceiling. You can hang it higher if you want but be sure not to hang it so high that small children can’t reach it without help!
Eiffel Tower Handprint Art
Make a template for the Eiffel Tower.
Cut out the template and trace it onto black cardstock or construction paper with a pencil.
Trace around the template with a blue crayon, then draw a few lines in different directions with a black marker to make it look like a real tower! If you want to add more details, you can draw in windows and balconies or even draw people inside of your tower!
Now glue this onto white paper so that it looks like an actual blueprint of an Eiffel Tower!
You can also add some colored paint over top of your print if you want it to look even more realistic!
Popsicle Stick Eiffel Tower
Materials
Popsicle sticks (you can use the regular-sized ones, but for a more authentic tower I would go with long ones)
Paint and paintbrush (the color of your choice)
Glue (I used hot glue because it dries quickly, but you could also use craft glue or Elmer’s)
Ribbon (in any color) to hang your tower
Tin Foil Eiffel Tower
Use tin foil to make the Eiffel Tower.
Make sure to use the foil carefully to make it look like the Eiffel Tower.
You can use any color foil you want, just as long as it’s shiny!
You can also use whatever shape of tin foil you want: square or round, large or small—the choice is yours!
Sparkling Eiffel Tower
Glitter glue. The Eiffel Tower can be made with glitter glue and a paintbrush, or you can do it with glitter tape and a hole punch.
Glitter paint. You can also draw the tower on paper first, then use glitter paint to cover it completely in glittery goodness!
Glitter foam pieces are probably the easiest way to make an Eiffel Tower—just cut them out of sheets of craft foam (or even old cardboard boxes) and stick them together with hot glue!
If you want more detail, try using strips of paper instead of squares so that they look like steel beams at different angles around the tower’s base level.
Eiffel Tower Suncatcher
For this craft, you’ll need a piece of clear plastic, some glue, and a pencil. Take a piece of white construction paper and fold it in half to create your Eiffel Tower template.
Use a drop of glue to attach the plastic to the back of the paper. The plastic should be about 1/4 inch larger than the paper on all sides so there’s enough room for decorating later.
This can be tricky—to keep things from getting messy with too much glue on your fingers try putting some newspaper under where you’re working so that when you get close up with your hands, you don’t accidentally get any onto them!
Using a pencil draw an outline of an Eiffel Tower (you can use our image above as a reference). For this project, we’re not interested in making sure every detail is perfect because we’ll be covering it up later with paint or glitter (and maybe even more!). But if you want yours perfect then feel free! Just remember that mistakes aren’t bad here; they’re part of what makes each project unique!
After completing this step draw some windows and doors onto your tower using light lines only; these won’t need much strength at all since they will serve as guides for painting later on down the road!
DIY Eiffel Tower Craft Kit

What you’ll need
- A piece of cardboard, about 2″ x 4″ and 5″ tall
- Small craft or glue stick
- Pencil or marker (or crayon)

How to make a miniature Eiffel Tower
Cut the cardboard into a triangle shape, with two sides that are 3-1/2 inches long each, and one side that is 2 inches long.
You will have to cut through the middle of the cardstock so it will be shorter than those measurements when you fold it in half later on.
